Frankfurt am Main, 30 December 2021
SKYE PARTNERS has advised SINC GmbH (“SINC”) on the acquisition of the entire shares in BBZ Beihilfe- und Beratungszentrum GmbH from the Evangelical Church Rhineland (“EKIR”). The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction.
BBZ is a Germany-wide services company that was founded in 1999 and is specialized in the processing and accounting of medical invoices for customers in particular from the public sector, ecclesiastical and social institutions. Due to the self-developed software, workflows have been optimized and BBZ is therefore able to react adequately to certain public and ecclesiastical agreements or collective bargaining agreements and thus to provide a wide range of advice on insurance state aid law.
SINC is a fast-growing IT company specialized in various IT services, especially in the public sector, for over 20 years. SINC focuses on the topic of system integration and technical consulting for public customers and mainframe data centers as well as the development and maintenance of software. SINC has specialized in the area of digitization of public administration (e-government), that covers in particular a special procedure for the electronic processing of insurance state aid as well as a review software for billing of medical receipts.
The M&A and private equity team at SKYE PARTNERS had already advised SINC on various corporate law issues in the past. SINC was now advised on the legal issues required in connection with the acquisition of BBZ
