SKYE PARTNERS has advised Invision on the acquisition of Reichelt-Group from Dätwyler Holding AG. The management of Reichelt-Group will participate as well.
The closing of the transaction is still subject to the approval by the German Federal Cartel Office. The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction.
Reichelt-Group is one of the leading online distributors for electronics and technology in Germany. Reichelt-Group is specialized in selling products from well-known brand manufacturers in the area of electronics and PC technology to its customers. The product range includes more than 110,000 products from the areas of IT, measurement technology, components and home & security. Customers of the Reichelt-Group are companies (B2B), consumers (B2C) as well as public authorities and universities (B2A). Currently, Reichelt-Group employs about 320 people.

During this time, Invision has invested in over 50 companies and has achieved sustainable value growth.
