The private equity team of SKYE PARTNERS has provided legal advice to Invision on the acquisition of the Austrian eduPRO Group from Luxempart German Investments S.A. The acquisition was carried out together with the management of eduPRO Group.
The closing of the transaction is still subject to approval by the Austrian and German antitrust authorities. The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction.
The eduPRO Group, located in Vienna, is one of the leading European companies in the fields of continuing education and qualification as well as adult education.
